Advanced Cheesemaking

July 16, 2024 - July 17, 2024

A 2 day course in the CalPoly creamery.  It will provide instruction on fundamentals of milk and cheesemaking processes.  It will also feature the practical manufacturing of farmers, Gouda & Parmesan cheeses with an overview of other global cheeses.
