Hosted by the Dairy Products Technology Center, CalPoly, San Luis Obispo, this 2-day course  is designed for professionals across dairy and related industries, including Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Operations, Marketing, Technical Sales, and food scientists and entrepreneurs eager to bring innovative dairy products to market.

There is an optional Thursday afternoon Focused Track session that is open to founders, students teams and entrepreneurs (R&D and marketing) bringing a concept to market.  This focused afternoon is designed for those at the earliest stages of a dairy venture:  R&D and marketing personnel, student teams competing in innovation challenges, founders, or industry professionals exploring a new product line or process.
