Dairy Processing Operations Workshop

This workshop will focus on the fundamentals and building blocks of dairy processing. It will go over thermal processing, homogenization and separation processes, enzymatic processes, microbial fermentation, high-pressure processing, concentration and drying, sanitation, cheese, and fluid milk-specific unit operations. Includes hands-on demonstrations in the pilot plant.
